We find it helpful to read others reviews of RV parks and State Parks and so we do them as well! We do not get anything for them, it is simply our thoughts and experiences as a big family with lots of young children!

Name: Yosemite Lakes RV Resort

Location: Groveland, California

Nearby: Yosemite National Park

Cost: TT Members $0

Accessibility: ROUGH.  It was a haul into the park from the west.  We had a huge pass with 20mph roads and tons of switch backs.  It was worth it though!

Roads: Great.  They were paved or gravel and well kept.

Sites: Great!  Some backed on the river.  They were wooded and spacious and easy to get in and out of.

Bathrooms: Good.  Plenty of hot water and clean.  No handicap chair in the shower though.

Staff: Great!  We were there for awhile and they were really on top of things.

Cell/Internet: ZERO.  None, Nada, nothing.  Do not even plan to rely on it, even at the lodge.  It stunk.  I had to drive a good 10-15 mins to even get a signal on either ATT or Verizon.

Campfire: Lovely!  Fire rings provided.

Closest Walmart:  HAHA!!!  No.  Nothing.  We spent a fortune on food at local shops.

Kid Friendly: Very!  The kids played in the river, fished, played at the lodge, playground, mini golf and biked.  We hardly saw them.

Additional Thoughts:  Despite the frustrations of no internet, this was an amazing park and we loved it sooooo much.
