Havoc at Home: RV Master Bedroom
Stage Two of our remodel... the Master!
So the next room to get worked on was the master and that was mostly because it was a super easy and simple room to fix. Here is what it looked like when we got her.
Step 1: Paint! I chose a more neutral palette in the bedroom only because I was also using it for my office and I didn't need a bunch of strong colors causing issues with my editing on my photographs. We went with a soft green.
Step 2: Install wallpaper on the wall behind the bed. I actually used contact paper to add a little pop behind the bed. The bedframe was built into the wall, so I just worked around it. I would still like to add photographs of our family here! I also picked up this comforter at goodwill for $9 and I love it!
Step 3: Find a desk small enough to fit! I ended up going with TV dinner trays since they were light weight and the perfect fit!
Step Four: Add a cat.
The cost breakdown: (if you don't see something listed, I owned it already and simply re-purposed it)
Faux Wood Contact Paper: $15
TV Trays and chair: $15
